Looking for the most magical internship on earth? Then you’re in the right place - The Disney College Program application is now open! This is a one-of-a-kind internship where participants not only experience the magic of Walt Disney World Resort but are at the heart of creating it.

LIVING

This internship isn’t an ordinary job – it’s a chance to discover your independence in a whole new way. You’ll get to live in fully furnished apartments and enjoy amazing resort-style amenities at Flamingo Crossings Village, owned and managed by American Campus Communities. You’ll also be within walking distance of a nearby town center and have free (yes, free!) transportation around central Florida.

The Disney College Program is the perfect place to transition into adulthood, and you won’t have to do it alone. You’ll be living with other Disney Programs participants from all over the world, and together you can check out weekly program activities, take advantage of complimentary theme park admission and enjoy cast-exclusive discounts. Disney College Program participants play a big part in the magic Walt Disney World is known for. There are more than 20 different roles across our theme parks, water parks, resorts and Disney Springs that help participants develop transferable skills like strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork.

There’s a lot to learn while on your Disney College Program. The program is even recommended for college credit by the American Council of Education! A variety of offerings through instructor-led classes and experiential learning opportunities help participants learn both in the classroom and around our parks and resorts. Academic support is available for students taking classes through their own schools and career development courses can help recent graduates develop professional skills like networking, resume building and more.

FALL 2024 AT WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT

Fall is an amazing time to be living and working at Walt Disney World! From Halloween parties to holiday celebrations and EPCOT’s International Food and Wine Festival, there’s so much to do during this exciting season. Plus, you’ll get to experience a brand-new attraction, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, coming soon to Magic Kingdom Park.

A first look at a new scene and some of the brand-new characters coming to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
